Flavors of Florida Social Campaign

Battle’s a bit crazy about the eats. It’s one of the reasons we so enjoy working with Whole Foods. “Flavors of Florida” is a neat-o Facebook promotion created by Battle and approved by Whole Foods that’s currently sitting in the driveway with the engine running. Here’s the skinny; Whole Foods customers throughout the State of Florida can submit their favorite recipe. The catch? Said recipe needs to include at least one fresh Florida ingredient chosen from a pre-populated list. Recipes are voted on by Whole Foods’ social media audience, the top vote getters each week winning a prize, and one grand prize winner at promotion wrap wins a BIG prize, including loads of store credit, and their recipe featured in their local Whole Foods. Every winner is included in an e-Book, which is distributed for free to Whole Foods’ social audience. But, but…it’s more than just fun and games; the data generated and received by Whole Foods will provide deep customer insights into its Florida market at the store level. Everybody wins.
