Cognex Boldly Go

The Cognoids at Cognex are a seriously fun bunch—forward-thinking and open to pushing the envelope. Every year, Battle rolls out an enterprise-wide theme that Cognoids rally around to widen the eyes and kick some competitor ass. Informed by a corporate culture alive with exploration, Battle launched a ‘Boldly Go’ theme that fully embraced retro sci-fi kitsch. Think Heavy Metal meets Devil Girl from Mars or Invasion of the Saucer-Men. The campaign took many forms, but at its heart it was a celebration of Cognex’s otherworldly openness to exploring innovative solutions and its ability to keep its eye trained on the horizon. A celebration of a company willing to go where no company has gone before!
